Four reach double figures in Lady Aggie romp

ALTUS, Okla - Four players hit double figures and the Murray State Lady Aggies led from start to finish in coasting past Western Oklahoma State College, 81-56, on the road Monday night.

Coach Nate Levine's squad posted a 19-12 scoring edge in the opening stanza and then poured in another 24 points in the second fueled by seven points apiece from Sosefina Langi and Tierra Williams.

Up 43-24 at intermission, Murray State continued the offensive onslaught in the third period with Ongolea Afu pumping in 14 points as the Lady Aggie cushion extended to 67-43.

Langi led the charge with 17 points while Afu and Arissa Garcia tossed in 16 apiece along with 11 by Williams. Cristina Laudan notched eight points, Hannah Pinney had seven, Eva Serra scored three, Olivia Quapaw added two and Mireia Casas finished with one.

Murray State improved to 12-7 overall and evened its league record at 4-4. They'll return home Thursday to face Seminole State in the start of the second half of conference play.
