The Murray State soccer teams found the going tough on the road Wednesday, dropping a pair of conference contests at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton.
In the opener, the Lady Aggies scored first but saw their struggle to put the ball in the net continue the rest of the way as Eastern rallied for a 2-1 victory that dropped Murray to 10-3-1 in league play.
Celine Loraine knocked home the Murray State goal off an assist from Annika Huder. Jimena Guevara finished with three saves.
On the men's side,
Joel Green scored on a penalty kick and added an assist, but the Aggies came up just short in a 3-2 loss to the Mountaineers as they slipped to 6-3-1 in conference action.
Dominic Woolley contributed the team's other goal with
Jaron Noble notching six saves.
Coach John Connor's teams will be off until Wednesday, October 18 when they host Northeastern Oklahoma A&M for their final home action of the year.
