TISHOMINGO, Okla. - The Murray State College men's soccer head coach - Sam Winning - has been named the Mid-South District Coach of the Year, the league announced this week, following a historic season for the Aggies.
Winning guided Murray State College to a 12-4-3 overall record in 2025, highlighted by a dominant run through the postseason. The Aggies captured both the Region 2 regular season championship and the Region 2 Tournament title, establishing themselves as one of the top programs in the country.
Murray State continued its momentum at the district level, claiming the Mid-South District Championship and earning a coveted berth to the NJCAA National Tournament.
