After starting ice cold from three-point territory, the 21^st ranked Murray State Lady Aggies heated up in the second half Thursday night to pull away for a 68-53 victory over Mountain View College on the road in Dallas.

The game was knotted at 15 through one period and the Lady Aggies utilized eight points from Langi in the second stanza to grab at 32-26 edge at halftime while hitting just one trey in the first 20 minutes.

Sosefina Langi and Mireia Caras each canned a pair of three-pointers in the third frame however, spurring a 23-point quarter that putting Murray State ahead by double digits on the way to their first road triumph of the year.

Langi led three players in double figures for the Lady Aggies with 18 points, including a pair of three-pointers, while Caras finished with four treys and 14 points. Hannah Pinney also had her best scoring effort of the young season with 12.

Tierra Williams notched six points, Ongolea Afu had five with Arissa Garcia, Cristina Laudan and Olivia Quapaw each tallying four points.

Next on the slate for the 3-0 Lady Aggies is a rematch with Jacksonville College on the road Tuesday in Jacksonville, Texas.
