Precious Roberts enters her second season at Murray State College as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach after being hired in November 2024. She previously spent two seasons at Jefferson College (MO), where she won a Region 16 Championship and earned Coach of the Year honors alongside Head Coach CB Walker. 

Throughout her career, she has recruited and developed players who received Player of the Year, All-American, All-Region, and multiple conference awards. At MSC, she continues to foster player success, with athletes earning Player of the Year, All-Region, All-American, and All-Tournament accolades, as well as advancing to Division 1 programs.

Roberts’ coaching career spans over a decade, beginning with AAU and YMCA youth teams before advancing to high school, NJCAA, and NCAA Division II programs. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to recruit, mentor, and elevate athletes to award-winning and championship-caliber success. 

As a player, Roberts’ accomplishments are equally impressive. She played professionally in Australia with the Collingwood All Stars of the Big V League, while also training youth athletes. Domestically, she became a WABA Champion in 2021 and WBDA Champion in 2019. At Prairie View A&M, she contributed to the program’s fourth straight SWAC Championship in 2014. Later, as captain at Livingstone College, she helped lead the Lady Blue Bears to their first CIAA Final Four in 15 years, finishing her senior season with a 24-1 record and earning the Coaches Award for leadership and integrity.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida and a former multi-sport standout at William M. Raines HS, Roberts scored over 1,000 career points and was named Player of the Year. Her career reflects a deep passion for the game and a lasting commitment to paying it forward. Roberts earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Livingstone College and is actively pursuing a Master's Degree at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
