Charli graduated from Lone Grove High School in 2002 and pitched at Lee University in which she was a 2 time First Team All-American
After graduating from Lee University in 2006 with a degree in Health/Wellness Education, Charli accepted her first Head Coaching job at Grove Public Schools. She worked there for 3 years. She then moved to Texas where she worked at Seymour ISD for 2 years. While at Seymour, the team was in the Regional Finals and Quarterfinals. She then accepted the Head Coaching job at Ardmore City Schools where she has been the Head Coach for 8 seasons. She has made several trips to the Regional Finals and in 2017 her team went to the State Tournament.
Charli's passion in life is pitching and managing the game of softball defensively. She enjoys working one on one with pitchers and catchers and finding innovative ways to help them reach their full potential. Charli said, "the game of softball has given me some of my very best friends and memories. I look forward to helping Coach Mullens with whatever I can in order to make our program more successful"
