ENID, Okla. – The NJCAA Region 2 awards were released today, and nine Murray State College baseball players were recognized for their exceptional performances during the 2026 season.
Tanner Norman,
Michael Barham,
Brady Taylor,
Eli Ramirez, and
Isaac Gammel earned First Team All-Region honors, while
Fernando Jorge,
Rayner Beene,
Sean Keenen, and
Tayte Dome were named Second Team All-Region.
Tanner Norman anchored both the lineup and the defense with an outstanding season. He hit .380 with 62 hits, 62 RBIs, and 14 home runs while adding 17 doubles. Defensively, Norman was exceptional, recording a .985 fielding percentage across more than 300 chances.
Michael Barham was a force in the middle of the lineup, hitting .369 with 73 hits, 57 RBIs, and 18 home runs. He totaled 147 bases and added 18 doubles, consistently providing power and run production for the Aggies throughout the season.
Brady Taylor showcased a powerful and disciplined approach at the plate, hitting .380 with 63 hits, 51 RBIs, and 18 home runs. He also drew an impressive 53 walks, helping him post a .541 on-base percentage. Taylor scored a team-high 73 runs and proved to be one of the most difficult outs in the conference.
Eli Ramirez had an outstanding season on the mound for the Aggies. Ramirez posted a 6-1 record and a 3.51 ERA in 48.2 innings. He struck out a remarkable 78 batters while holding opponents to a .179 batting average, proving to be one of the most dominant arms in the conference.
On the mound,
Isaac Gammel delivered consistent and crucial innings out of the bullpen, recording an impressive 2.32 ERA across 31 innings with 27 strikeouts. He limited opponents to a .193 batting average and showcased reliable command, helping stabilize the pitching staff in tense situations throughout the season.
Fernando Jorge posted a tremendous sophomore campaign, hitting .345 with 29 hits, including nine doubles and six home runs, while driving in 21 RBIs and posting a solid .667 slugging percentage. His ability to produce extra-base hits made him a valuable contributor in the Aggie lineup.
Rayner Beene turned in one of the most complete offensive seasons in the conference, hitting an outstanding .400 with 68 hits, 67 RBIs, and 13 home runs. He added 19 doubles and five triples while posting a remarkable .800 slugging percentage. Beene also showed patience at the plate with 24 walks and was a consistent extra-base threat, cementing himself as one of the premier hitters in the region.
Sean Keenen delivered elite consistency throughout the season, batting .393 with a team-high 75 hits and 54 RBIs. He added 13 doubles, four triples, and nine home runs while striking out just 20 times in 191 at-bats. Keenen's ability to consistently put the ball in play and produce runs made him a key piece of the Aggies' offensive success.
Tayte Dome had a tremendous sophomore season on the mound, compiling a 9-2 record with a 4.37 ERA across 68 innings. He struck out 79 batters and consistently provided the Aggies with quality starts throughout the season.

Sam Bjorling was also named Region 2 West Coach of the Year.
