Box Score ENID, Okla. - The Murray State College baseball team saw their Region 2 Tournament run come to an end in the championship game as NOC-Enid used an early offensive surge and a barrage of home runs to secure a 12-1 victory.

The Jets wasted no time setting the tone, striking in the top of the first inning with a two-run homer to take an early 2-0 lead. They added to the momentum in the second inning on a solo home run to right field, extending the lead to 3-0.

NOC-Enid continued to apply pressure in the fourth inning. A double brought home another run, pushing the margin to 4-0 before the Aggies found a spark in the bottom half of the frame.

Murray State's Michael Barham crushed a solo home run to left field to cut the deficit to 4-1.

That would be as close as Murray State would get, though. The Jets responded emphatically in the fifth inning, plating three runs on a pair of home runs, stretching the lead to 7-1.

The Jets broke the game wide open in the sixth inning on a three-run homer, making it a 10-1 contest.

NOC-Enid capped off the scoring in the seventh inning with a pair of RBI singles, sealing the 12-1 final.
