ENID, Okla. – Shorthanded Murray State scored the first nine points of the second half to break a 36-all deadlock and cruised from there for a 72-60 Monday night road win at Northern Oklahoma College-Enid.

Despite being short a pair of starters, the Aggies got plenty of contributions across the board as they improved to 14-3 overall and 3-1 in conference action. Coach Josh Davis' squad will be back home Thursday for a showdown with league-leading Redlands Community College.

After a nip-and-tuck first half, the Aggies came out on fire as Elijah Tshibangu immediately scored in transition to spark a 9-0 flurry over the first four minutes after intermission and Murray State held the Jets at arm's length from there. Rustin Coffey and Chanon Frye also provided an offensive punch as each tossed in eight points in the final 20 minutes.

Sophomore Bol Agu paced the balanced attack with 23 points around the paint as four Aggies tallied double figures. Tshibangu notched 12 with Coffey contributing 11 and Frye adding 10.

Abeeng Agot had eight points while Devon MacCollister and Isaac Jones each tossed in four.
