Coach Tim O’Connor returns to Murray State College after the completion of a successful and accoladed college playing career. O’Connor, a LHP, began his playing career at Murray State as a member of the 2021 & 2022 Aggie teams. The 2022 team reached the NJCAA II World Series. During his career as an Aggie O’Connor was used both as a starting pitcher and as a member of the bullpen. He struck out 71 batters in 60 IP during his playing career as an Aggie. He graduated from Murray State College with an Associates in Arts & Sciences.
After his time in Tishomingo, O’Connor pitched 2 seasons at NCAA Division 1 Northwestern State in Louisiana. Where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in General Studies.
O’Connor began his coaching career during his summers at the Premier Pitching & Performance Facility in St. Louis, MO where he served as the Director of Pitching for the Premier Collegiate Development League.
O’Connor will serve in a variety of roles this spring for the Aggies.
