ENID, Okla. — The Murray State College women's soccer team battled valiantly against Northern Oklahoma College-Enid tonight, but the speed of the Jets proved to be too much for the Lady Aggies as NOC-Enid earned the victory, 2-0.

The Lady Aggies played great defense throughout the first 45 minutes as both sides headed into the halftime break tied, 0-0.

However, NOC-Enid broke through early in the second half, scoring two goals within the first five minutes to take a decisive 2-0 advantage. The Jets tacked on five more goals throughout the final 40 minutes to increase their lead, 7-0.

Murray State College was unable to find the back of the net as NOC-Enid held on for the shutout victory.

The Lady Aggies will look to bounce back when they return to the pitch Wednesday, Sept. 23, for a home matchup against Rose State College. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
