SEMINOLE, Okla. – For the second time this season, Murray State College softball player -
Brylee Fanning - was named the Region 2 Player of the Week.
The freshman from Moore, Oklahoma, hit .750 on the week with 13 RBIs, 9 runs scored, 5 doubles, and a home run. Fanning's biggest game came against Eastern Oklahoma State College as the freshman went a perfect 5-for-5 from the plate including a pair of doubles, a home run, and 7 RBIs.
On the season, Fanning is batting .526 with a team-best 41 hits, 41 runs scored, and 8 long balls. The Lady Aggie has also tallied 36 RBIs through the first 26 games of her college career.
The fourth-ranked Murray State College softball team is currently 25-1 on the season and 4-0 in Region 2 play.
