SEMINOLE, Okla. - The Murray State College women's soccer team put up a strong fight this afternoon on the road against the No. 3-ranked Seminole State College.

The Lady Aggies matched Seminole State College's intensity early and found their rhythm midway through the first half. In the 33rd minute, Kylie Noll scored to tie the match at 1-1, sending the Lady Aggies into halftime even with one of the top teams in the nation.

However, the Trojans came out strong in the second half, showing why they're among the country's best, as they scored six unanswered goals to pull away for the win.

With the result, the Lady Aggies move to 4-5 in Region 2 action and 4-6 overall.

Murray State College will look to bounce back on Oct. 19 as the Lady Aggies host Eastern Oklahoma State College. Before the match, the Lady Aggies will recognize their four sophomores. The match is set for a 1:00 p.m. start.
