The Murray State Lady Aggies utilized another strong defensive effort and goalkeeping to remain unbeaten in non-conference play with a 2-0 soccer victory over Eastfield College in Dallas Tuesday night.

Sophomore Kaylee Foster punched through both scores for Murray State, notching the first at the 25-minute mark of the first half following an assist from Takielia Griffiths. It was Cristina Escudero with the assist to Foster to double the lead roughly 17 minutes into the second half.

Jimena Guevara was stellar in goal for the Lady Aggies once again, turning back every Eastfield scoring chance en route to the shutout.

Murray State will put its 3-0 record on the line Sunday at 9 a.m. when the Lady Aggies host University of Arkansas-Rich Mountain in the official home and league opener.
